PROJECT ORGANIZATION
Senior Project Manager leads our team. The dedicated Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the Project Schedule, all activity and resource scheduling. Our Project Manager will directly manage the quality installation and support team to on time/on budget completion.
The team will be responsible for all on and off-site activities include:-
Mobilization Schedule,
Start-up Activities,
Review the Design,
Applications Engineering,
Engineered Submittals,
Sub-contractor Selection and Management,
Equipment Selection & Delivery,
Equipment Installation & Test-Start-Up,
Technical Assistance,
Field Engineering,
Record Drawings & Documentation,
O&M Documentation,
System Acceptance and Owner Training.
Our Project Manager will assure that all of our Project responsibilities and activities are well coordinated with the Design Engineers, Construction Manager, General Contractor, MEP Coordinators, Electrical and Mechanical for Main Contractors. Procurement and Acceptance
Entities, other Project Coordination Points-of-Contact and the Owner.
At an appropriate time, our Project Manager will arrange for a smooth transition from System Acceptance to the continuing local support of the owner. The transition will assure that the longterm needs of the owner are provided for including:
Warranty Support,
After Start-up Technical Assistance
